What makes this package of benefits attractive is two fold. First, you will be able to pay for these benefits through payroll deductions through your employer's Section 125 plan on a "pre-tax" basis. The second attractive feature is theportability of the insurance.
All TSEs are eligible to participate in Staff Tech's Matching 401(k) Incentive Plan. Participation in the 401(k) plan enables employees the opportunity to shelter between 1% and 15% of their income on a pre-tax basis.
Enrollments in the 401(k) Plan will be made no later than the 1st day of the 3rd month, following the month of employment. Entry dates fall on the first day of the month.
You can roll over account balances from another qualified retirement savings plan into Staff Tech's.
